Audrey Ross is a woman on a mission. When she started with Ladies Workout Express, it was with the goal of having her clubs be much more than just a place to come and workout. Audrey wanted her centers to be a place for women to connect. “I love it when the ‘Golden Girls' (older women) connect with our college girls. Sometimes they end up helping them out with furniture or baked goods or just friendship. It's great!”

Audrey has been an innovator within the Workout Express franchise system. Her clubs were the first to offer free memberships to spouses and mothers of deployed military personnel for the duration of their deployment. She has even received national press because of her offer. Says Audrey, “Exercise is scientifically proven to relieve stress. These women whose spouses are deployed often endure months of separation from the one they love. Not to mention the fact that many of them are left to raise a family on their own. If anyone could use a little stress relief, it's these ladies.”

The Workout Express centers in Columbia Heights and New Brighton offer 24 hour access ~ another Audrey innovation. “We wanted to be as accommodating as possible, and we kept hearing from our members that they needed their workout to be able to fit their schedule, however crazy it may be.” States Ms. Ross. “So, our members have access 24/7.”

“Our goal is to grow our club membership exponentially this year. We want to be the place where great women get a great workout and make great connections.”
